Return & Exchanges
All returns must be received within 14 days from date of purchase. We will issue a refund, store credit or exchange depending on reason for return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Store credits are given for merchandise that is deeply discounted unless other arraingements have been made with us prior. We do not accept merchandise that has been worn or damaged! Please be sure to package the return using bubble wrap, and make sure item is securely wrapped and boxed before returning. We are not responsible for damages that occur to the product during the return process. We have the right to refuse returns if they come back damaged and are in an unsalable condition. Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition! Merchandise must be returned in its original package with all tags intact to receive credit! A 20% restocking fee will apply to all Christening orders and orders received after 14 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns on special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless other arraingements are made with us prior to sale. Returns are not excepted on items that are on sale or deeply discounted! Please allow 1-2 weeks to process a return and issue a credit. UPS/DHL should be used when returning an item so that it can be tracked and insured for your safety. You may also us USPS Priority mail with insurance. This is for your protection! You must get preauthorization for return before sending items back. Please email us before sending an item back. This is for your protection! We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Returns on Christening Products
All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the original freight charges unless a mistake has been made on our part. If a return is required due to an error on our part, a restocking fee is not charged and freight charges will be refunded.
Shipping
Please allow 1-2 days for order processing. All orders are filled Monday-Friday. All shipping fees are based on the orders weight and method you choose. If there is any problem with your order we will contact you to let you know. All sales on shipping does not include expedited shipping. Free shipping sales go via USPS unless otherwise stated by customer. Customer pays for special shipping methods.
SHIPPING ON ALL LITTLE THINGS MEAN ALOT CHRISTENING IS A FLAT RATE OF $9.95. HOWEVER WHEN WE ARE HAVING A FREE SHIPPING SALE ON ORDERS OVER A CERTAIN AMOUNT THIS IS APPLIED TO CHRISTENING ORDERS AS WELL.
