Offline Orders
We do accept checks, certified bank checks, and money orders and also Paypal. Simply select offline order upon checkout and print invoice. Mail in invoice with payment, or fax us at 413-787-0504. Please allow 5 business days for checks to clear before items ship to you. Mail in invoice with payment.. If paypal is the method used please email us prior to making payment so that we may send you an invoice for it.

Sales Tax
All Massachusetts Residents must include 5% sales tax to their orders on taxable items only. Taxable items include: toys, books, cd's etc...

Sales & Discounts
No discounts are given on special orders. i.e. if there is an item on sale and the size selected is not available for sale but is able to be special ordered there is no discount given on that special order.

New Referral Program: How it works. You are a current subscribed Cookie & Me customer. You refer a friend by telling them about our store. They must become a subscriber to Cookie & Me and place an order. Upon placing their first order with us they put in the message box the name of the person who referred them. The referring customer gets $10 in Cookie Cash usuable on a future orders. For every $50 spent you can redeem 1 $10 of Cookie Cash.
